Enrolment and payment

Enrolment is confirmed after bank-transfer payment is validated. Prices include VAT. Courses run with 5–14 participants.

Cancellation

Up to 14 days before: full refund. Between 7 and 13 days: transfer or credit. Less than 7 days: no refund, but a replacement participant may be nominated. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Diploma

A participation and completion diploma states the grade achieved.
