Enrolment and account

Information provided must be complete and accurate. Enrolment may be completed without creating an account, using email confirmation and a personal management link that must not be shared. Existing accounts continue to provide access to the Student Area.

Price, payment and places

The applicable price, VAT, minimum and maximum participant numbers, dates, times and venue are those displayed on each course page. The email confirmation link is valid for 24 hours. After confirmation, payment methods are sent and the place is reserved for 48 hours. The place is fully confirmed once VINOS validates the payment.

Changes and cancellation by VINOS

If dates, times or venue must change, enrolled students will be informed using the contact details provided. If VINOS cancels a course, a new date, credit or refund of the amount paid will be offered, as applicable.

Cancellation by the student

Up to 14 days before: full refund. Between 7 and 13 days: transfer to another date or credit. Less than 7 days: no refund, but a replacement participant may be nominated. These conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

Diploma and participation

Issuing a diploma may depend on attendance, completion and the assessment criteria stated for the course. Participants must follow reasonable safety, operational and conduct rules.
